Either an electro magnet or an Air Ram with compressor
A wooden or metal start Ramp
Which is better, Electro Magnet or Air Ram?
The magnet is a simpler option as a compressor is not needed, this makes this a cheaper option.
Can you add the voice to the StartGate Pro?
The StartGate Pro is designed primarily to be affordable, adding the voice is a very complex process and would require a lot of research and expensive parts, so hence we have no plans to add a voice version.
Where can I get an Electromagnet from?
If you want an electromagnet to go with the system, we recommend using one from the company www.rs-online.com. The part number for the magnet is 346-104 and you will also need an armature plate 346-148.
How can I buy a StartGate Pro?
Here on this website - Simply go to the Purchase page, then select either UK or Worldwide and Press the PayPal button. PayPal no except all major credit and debit cards as well as payment direct from your PayPal account. Once payment has been released by PayPal to us we will ship your package, this is usually instantly, unless you have to you PayPal’s e-cheque facility.

I don’t live in the UK, can you post anywhere in the world?
For an extra £10 we will post anywhere in the world, so far we have posted to Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada. Packages are sent International Signed for, once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking code, generally packages take about 5-7 days but this can not be guaranteed.
We send all our packages 'International signed for' via Royal Mail, who aim to deliver in 3-7 days, once we have shipped your package we can give you a track number so you can trace it's progress.
Do you have any overseas distributors I can buy your Startgate Pro from?

Why is the StartGate pro so much cheaper than other systems?
The random start system uses the ABA UCI sequence, but it does not have the voice instead there is a series of beeps, this is how we have managed to make the package so affordable.

Why don’t you provide the StartGate Pro with everything you need?
It is expensive to post the start ramp and it is not something we make ourselves, however we are looking for suppliers of the start ramp so everything can be ordered through our website. If you are interested in supplying ramps to our customers please email Stacey@StartGatePro.com

What size Gate will the Startgate pro fit to?
The StartGate Pro can fit to a 1, 2, 4, or even 8 man gate, although the electromagnet that we recommend would only hold 2 men, you would need to use an air compressor arrangement on larger gates.
